Digital media has become a huge part of nearly everyones life as we continue to further our technological knowledge. It has come to the point where to me it may be considered concerning because of how often I participate in the digital world. My challenges often come with social media as I find myself much too Involved In stuff like that for my liking. I have experienced stress from being “overly” connected online in terms of time because I will often procrastinate Important things to spend time enjoying the online world then get behind In school work or other things that should have priority In my life.

I think one way to reduce stress and anxiety from the online world would to be lessening my time on the digital world obviously, but I would have to have a set amount of time and actually stick to that to get myself to lower the anxiety that I put on myself. Once I find myself behind on things then they seem to just pile up on top of each other so it will be important for me to stay ahead on my work and not let the digital world be a distraction to me. I can improve my ability to decrease any negative distractions that digital technologies may play in my life by again lessening the time I am spending online. That seems to be the common answer and the only true and effective ways to keep the negative distractions that digital technologies present, out of my life.
